I WORK BEST WITH PEOPLE WHO :- understand their patterns cognitively but still feel them on repeat- frequently experience nervous system dysregulation, shutdown or anxiety in relationships-are oriented for depth oriented work rather than short term symptom management-are seeking lasting change and tangible transformation in their personal / professional lives

FAQQ: Do you offer in-person sessions?
A: No . After 15 years in brick-and-mortar offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, I became fully remote about 5 years ago as I found that 95% of my busy clients prefer the flexibility of telehealth . Research confirms there's no difference in effectiveness .
Q: What are your fees?
A: Individual and couples rates differ — we'll cover this in the consult call .
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: I am out-of-network . If you have a PPO plan with mental health benefits, you are likely eligible to receive 30-60% of my fees reimbursed within a few weeks, sometimes immediately . I use a third party billing agency that handles all of the paperwork for you!
Q: How do I pay?
A: Zelle, Venmo or credit card .
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel .
Late cancellations are charged at my full hourly rate and are not reimbursable by insurance .
Q: When are you available?
A: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays . No weekend sessions .
Q: Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?
A: I'm queer myself — so absolutely, without reservation .
Q: How long have you been in practice?
A: 20 years .
Q: How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
A: You may not know right away, and that's okay . I trust you'll get a sense of the fit after a session or two . I never take it personally when someone needs a different approach — finding the right match is important in this process !
